These Terms of Use govern your use of the Illiana Bourbon Society mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this App. The App contains alcohol-related content including bourbon and whiskey ratings, reviews, and tasting notes. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
Full membership in the Illiana Bourbon Society is by invitation only. Guest access to certain features such as whiskey ratings and the message board is available without membership. Club administrators reserve the right to add, modify, or remove member access at any time.
By submitting ratings, tasting notes, comments, or other content through the App, you grant the Illiana Bourbon Society a non-exclusive license to display that content within the App. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and appropriate.
You agree not to submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. The Illiana Bourbon Society reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.
Guest ratings are subject to review and approval by club administrators before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove guest ratings that contain inappropriate language, false information, or spam.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its data, use the App for any unlawful purpose, or submit false or misleading information.
The Illiana Bourbon Society name, logo, and App content are the property of the Illiana Bourbon Society. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Illiana Bourbon Society does not guarantee the accuracy of whiskey ratings or tasting notes submitted by members or guests.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Illiana Bourbon Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
